Project Execution Manager – Transmission Lines (33 kV)

Role Overview
We are looking for a Project Execution Manager to oversee the execution of multiple 33 kV transmission line EPC projects from the head office.
The role will focus on driving project execution, resolving day-to-day operational issues, ensuring timely billing and collections, and maintaining project profitability while delivering projects on schedule.
The position requires strong coordination between site teams, clients, vendors, and internal departments to ensure smooth project progress and financial discipline.
Key ResponsibilitiesProject Execution Management
- Monitor and manage execution of multiple 33 kV transmission line EPC projects
- Track milestones including survey, foundations, pole erection, stringing, and commissioning
- Ensure adherence to project timelines and execution schedules
Billing & Collections Management
- Ensure timely preparation and submission of running bills (RA bills) and final bills
- Coordinate with site teams for measurement sheets and billing documentation
- Follow up with clients for certification and approval of bills
- Ensure timely collection of payments as per contract terms
- Track receivables and highlight delays to management
- Work closely with accounts and finance teams for invoice processing
Coordination & Issue Resolution
- Act as the central coordination point between site teams, procurement, contractors, vendors, and clients
- Identify bottlenecks affecting project progress
- Resolve operational and coordination issues quickly to maintain project momentum
Project Monitoring & Reporting
- Track project progress against planned schedules
- Maintain project MIS and weekly progress reports
- Identify risks and delays and propose corrective actions
Financial & P&L Monitoring
- Monitor project costs against budget
- Track material consumption, subcontractor costs, and logistics expenses
- Ensure project margins are maintained
Client Coordination
- Maintain regular communication with clients
- Facilitate inspections, approvals, and documentation
- Ensure smooth project delivery and client satisfaction
Candidate Profile
Education
B.Tech / BE in Electrical Engineering or related discipline
Experience
5–10 years of experience in EPC / power infrastructure projects
Preferred Experience
- Transmission line projects (33 kV / 66 kV / 132 kV)
- EPC project management
- Billing and contract management
Skills Required
- Strong project execution and coordination skills
- Experience in EPC billing and payment follow-ups
- Good understanding of project costing and P&L monitoring
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and contractors
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
