Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Event Coordinator based in Mumbai and Thane Office, Maharashtra, India. The Project Event Coordinator will be responsible for planning and executing events, ensuring seamless event management from conception to completion. Additional responsibilities include managing communication with stakeholders, delivering excellent customer service, supporting event-related sales efforts, and ensuring the highest standard of professionalism to achieve the foundation’s goals.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Event Planning and Event Management
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Experience in Sales and related activities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in event management software and tools is a plus
- Willingness to work on-site and manage events in Maharashtra, India
Salary expectation 18,000 - 23,000 Depending upon experience
