We are a growing U.S.-based third-party real estate construction company specializing primarily in hotel construction projects. We are seeking a highly organized Project Estimator/Corodinator to prepare accurate quantity takeoffs, develop cost estimates, and support the bidding process. This role requires strong construction knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to assist in smooth project planning from pre-construction through the early execution phase.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and validate construction takeoffs to ensure accuracy, completeness, andalignment with project requirements
- Serve as a Reviewer for all project documentation, verifying accuracy andcompleteness before submission
- Assist with bidding processes, including coordinating subcontractor outreach,collecting proposals, and preparing bid comparisons
- Review and manage the Buyout Tracker and follow up with responsible parties
- Oversee and update the Submittal Tracker to ensure timely submissions andapprovals
- Keep Lookahead Schedules accurate and up to date
- Maintain Checklist and Verification Trackers for project compliance
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering preferred. Candidates with a background in Construction Management are also preferred
- Strong understanding of construction project workflows, bidding processes, and documentation procedures
- Proficiency in using project management and construction tracking tools (specific platform experience not required)
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and ensure accountability in a remote team environment

Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with buyout processes, submittal workflows, and lookahead schedules
- Experience with construction bidding and estimating software
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify gaps or discrepancies in project deliverables
Freshers or candidates with 1-2 years of experience are preferred.
