Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Estimator based in Ahmedabad. The Project Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, analyzing project requirements, and assisting in budgeting. Daily tasks will include assessing project scope, collaborating with team members to determine needs, and ensuring estimates align with financial goals. The role requires attention to detail, excellent communication, and expertise in cost management tools and methodologies.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Project Estimation and Construction Estimating
- Experience in Cost Management and Budgeting
- Excellent Communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Familiarity with tools like AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and Plan Swift is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and detail-oriented environment
