Looking for Estimators eager to join our Pune team.
Key Responsibilities & Skills:
- 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in construction takeoffs mainly around architectural, structural disciplines
- Strong exposure to US construction projects
- Experience with bid forms, SOWs, inclusion & exclusion sheets.
- Experience with takeoff tools like Bluebeam, On-Screen Takeoff, PlanSwift or Cubit is preferred
- Ability to read and interpret project specifications & drawings
- Excellent attention to detail and time management
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Worked on US/UK/Ireland projects
