Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Estimator located in Ahmedabad. The Project Estimator will be responsible for developing project cost estimates, managing financial assessments, preparing tender and bid documentation, and coordinating with project teams to ensure accuracy in budgeting and timelines. The role involves evaluating project requirements, determining material and labor costs, and ensuring successful project execution within estimated costs.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Construction Estimating and Project Estimation
- Strong skills in Cost Management and Budgeting
- Excellent Communication skills for collaborating with teams, clients, and stakeholders
- Attention to detail and the ability to analyze architectural and engineering plans
- Proficiency in using estimation software and tools is an advantage
- Experience in civil or infrastructure projects is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
