Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Project Estimator. The Project Estimator will be responsible for evaluating project costs, preparing detailed estimates for materials and labor, and managing budgets to align with project requirements. The role involves collaborating with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure accuracy and efficiency in cost planning and control throughout all phases of construction.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Cost Management, Project Estimation, and Construction Estimating
- Strong skills in Budgeting and financial planning for construction projects
- Excellent Communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams and with clients
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Understanding of construction processes and techniques
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Interior Design or related field
- Prior experience in construction or architectural project estimating is preferred
- Proficiency with estimating and project management software tools is an advantage
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities effectively
