Project Contractor– Luxury Villa Construction | Founder-in-Residence Entrepreneur Opportunity | Goa
Location: Dona Paula, Goa
Duration: 12 months (August 2026 – June 2027), flexible start date but candidate will be finalized by June 2026.
Summary
Unique opportunity for an experienced Civil Engineer / Construction Project Contractor to execute a 1100 sq.m. luxury beachfront villa in prime Goa as a single-point owner-side Project Contractor.
This is a non-traditional role – no main contractor. The selected professional will bring and manage their own core site team, work closely with a reputed architectural studio (design-only mandate), engage speciality local or out of town contractors (e.g. Landscaping, fabrication, etc.) and deliver the project end-to-end. Ideal for someone looking to build or formalise a turnkey construction practice in Goa, with this project as their first flagship reference. This Villa is likely to be covered in flagship architectural and décor magazines upon completion, giving you a springboard to start your entrepreneurial career in India’s most exciting destination.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute architectural drawings into high-quality on-ground construction
- End-to-end site management, scheduling, costing and quality control
- Bring and manage own core site team; engage specialist subcontractors
- Use software for progress tracking, PERT/CPM, site accounts and GST
- Liaison with CRZ, TCP, Panchayat and other local authorities
- Single point of accountability to the client
