MANDATORY CRITICAL MATCH CRITERIA (READ FIRST):
- Experience: 5 to 8 years in construction engineering. A stable career history with no excessive job-hopping is strictly required.
- Education: Degree in, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Core Skills: Hands-on experience executing at least TWO of the following: Submittals, Change Orders, RFIs, Quantity Take-Offs, Estimation, or Project Coordination.
- Software Matrix: Working proficiency in Bluebeam, Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, Civil3D, or Revizto.
- Communication: Exceptional English skills for mandatory daily technical coordination syncs with US-based project management teams.
- Logistics: 100% strictly Work-from-Office model located in Gurgaon.
Position Overview
This is not a traditional CAD/Revit drafting role. Your work begins after the LOD 300 phase, transitioning into strategic project engineering. You will resolve live construction challenges that directly affect project profitability and execution schedules for high-visibility US infrastructure and commercial projects.
Core Responsibilities
- Document Control: Take full ownership of key project administration workflows including submittals, change orders, and RFIs.
- Drawing Analysis: Read, interpret, and perform 2D overlays on structural, architectural, and MEFPF construction blueprints.
- Estimation: Execute detailed Quantity Take-Offs and material volume estimations using digital tracking tools.
- Global Syncs: Participate in mandatory daily cross-border meetings with US-based project managers to provide technical progress updates.
- Quality Assurance: Maintain strict QA/QC standards across individual project deliverables and lead internal technical tool training for teams.
