Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Project Engineer/Site Engineer role based in Madhya Pradesh, India. The role involves planning, coordinating, and executing surface preparation projects from initial site assessment through completion, ensuring work is performed according to technical specifications, safety standards, and project timelines. Day-to-day tasks include preparing project plans, supervising site activities, coordinating with cross-functional teams and vendors, monitoring project progress, and resolving technical and operational issues. The engineer will review drawings and technical documents, support installation and commissioning of equipment, and prepare reports and documentation for project status, quality checks, and compliance. The role also requires regular communication with clients and internal stakeholders to manage expectations, provide updates, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills for effective coordination with clients, site teams, and internal stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess Project Management and Project Planning skills to oversee timelines, resources, and deliverables for multiple projects.
- Candidates should possess Project Engineering skills, including understanding technical specifications, drawings, and on-site execution practices.
- Candidates should possess Electrical Engineering knowledge relevant to industrial equipment, installations, and basic troubleshooting.
- Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field) are preferred.
- Experience in industrial projects, construction, or surface preparation technologies is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site, manage field teams, adhere to safety standards, and travel within the region as required.
- Strong problem-solving, time management, and basic computer proficiency (MS Office, project documentation) are beneficial.
