Company Description:
We are a design and engineering consultancy specializing in pharmaceutical and cGMP facility projects. Our expertise includes cleanroom design, engineering coordination, project execution and turnkey solutions for regulated manufacturing facilities.
Role Description:
We are looking for Project Engineers / Project Managers to lead and coordinate API and formulation plant projects from concept to execution.
Experience: 3–12 years
Industry Preference: Pharmaceutical consulting, pharmaceutical project execution, plant engineering or plant management
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordination with clients and leading project teams
• Planning, scheduling, monitoring and progress reporting of projects
• Coordination between civil, architectural, electrical, HVAC and mechanical contractors
• Development of concept, basic and detailed engineering packages
• Preparation of User Requirement Specifications (URS)
• Preparation of techno-commercial recommendations
• Coordination and approval of GA drawings for process and utility equipment
• Review of engineering documents, layouts, P&IDs and supplier documents for regulatory compliance and actual practices
• Project monitoring, documentation and quality assurance activities
• Involvement in facility conceptualization, utility planning and execution coordination
• Excellent communication and coordination with cross-functional teams
• Support in business development and marketing activities wherever required
Qualifications:
• BE / B.Tech in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering
• Experience in pharmaceutical consulting, design, execution or plant management
• Understanding of GMP requirements and pharmaceutical compliance practices
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes
• Good understanding of sterile, API and OSD facility requirements
• Experience in equipment URS preparation and technical documentation
• Strong project management, coordination and communication skills
• Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and client interactions effectively
