We’re Hiring: Project Engineer – Interior Fit-Out
Industry: Commercial Interiors / Turnkey Fit-Out
We are looking for a Project Engineer to lead end-to-end execution of commercial interior projects, with complete ownership of site delivery, client coordination, and project timelines for a Office fitout projects.
Our Clients:
Leading PMCs like JLL, Cushman & Wakefield (C&W), CBRE, Colliers, Knight Frank, along with reputed clients across corporate & healthcare sectors such as Apollo Hospitals, CARE Hospitals, Aster, Yashoda Hospitals, corporate offices, IT parks, and commercial spaces.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own complete project lifecycle from mobilization to final handover with full accountability
• Act as the single point of contact for clients/PMCs—lead review meetings, align expectations, and ensure smooth communication
• Coordinate closely with PMC teams (JLL, C&W, CBRE, etc.) for approvals, documentation, and compliance
• Plan and monitor project schedules, manpower, and resources to meet strict timelines
• Ensure execution as per GFC drawings, BOQ, and approved specifications
• Manage subcontractors and vendors, ensuring productivity, quality, and timely delivery
• Track project progress against milestones and proactively resolve site challenges
• Oversee billing coordination, certifications, and cost control as per PMC/client processes
• Implement strict quality checks and ensure high finishing standards
• Ensure safety compliance and adherence to HSE standards, especially for healthcare environments
• Maintain documentation including DPRs, MOMs, RFIs, and reports as per PMC requirements
• Drive snag closure, testing & commissioning, and ensure smooth handover
Requirements:
• (Diploma / BE / BTech (Civil / Interior)
• 3–8 years of experience in Office interior fit-outs
• Strong drawing reading & coordination skills
• Good client handling and communication skills
