Mandatory Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (B.Tech / BE - Civil)
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
- Basic understanding of construction and site execution processes
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Willingness to work on-site and manage daily field activities
Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented
Site Engineer (Civil) to support the Project Management team in executing construction projects. The role involves supervising site activities, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring work is completed as per quality, safety, and timeline standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site activities, with a focus on services work
- Execute work as per approved drawings and specifications
- Assist the Project Manager in planning and execution of project activities
- Coordinate with contractors to ensure quality, safety, and timely completion
- Monitor contractor performance and progress on-site
- Prepare and maintain daily MIS reports
- Support planning, scheduling, and coordination of technical and management aspects
- Prepare billing documents and ensure timely submission for payments
Level of Authority
- Operates with a general understanding of procedures and policies
- Responsible for meeting deadlines and achieving assigned outcomes
- Errors may have a short-term impact on team members and supervisors
