Role Summary
Coordinate end‑to‑end CCTV/ELV projects: plan schedules, track progress, liaise with clients, vendors and field teams, and ensure timely, on‑budget delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain detailed project schedules and task assignments.
- Coordinate daily/weekly activities across field teams and subcontractors.
- Act as primary client contact during execution; organize site visits and meetings.
- Prepare MOM, status reports, and project dashboards.
- Maintain project documentation: BOQ, work orders, test reports, handover packs.
- Track procurement, material status, and close punch‑list items.
- Ensure statutory compliances and site safety before mobilization.
- Liaise with logistics, billing, tech support, and field officers for smooth execution.
Must Have Skills
- BSc/BCom/ITI/Diploma/BE in Electronics, Electrical, IT or related.
- 1–5 years in ELV/CCTV/Building Automation project coordination.
- Proficient in MS Project, Excel, and MS Office.
- Strong communication in English and Hindi.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
