Qualification: BE / BTech / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, EEE, ECE, E&I, Mechanical, or related field
Experience: 2–6 years
Job Summary
We are hiring experienced Project Engineers to handle product development and execution from project initiation through development, testing, documentation, and type testing support.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle assigned products/projects from planning stage to final validation
- Coordinate with R&D, production, quality, purchase, and vendors for project execution
- Prepare BOM, drawings, technical documents, test plans, and engineering updates
- Support prototype build, internal testing, debugging, and improvements
- Track project milestones, risks, technical issues, and closure status
- Support compliance activities, type testing preparation, and customer technical requirements
- Work closely with field teams for issue feedback and product improvement
- Ensure documentation is maintained for design changes and release status
Required Skills
- Good understanding of electrical/electronic systems and project execution
- Ability to read schematics, GA drawings, wiring diagrams, and test procedures
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills
- Good documentation and reporting ability
- Practical approach to problem solving and cross-functional execution
Preferred
- Experience in industrial products, defense products, power electronics, control systems, UPS, ATS, converter, panels, or testing environments
- Familiarity with standards, validation, and customer inspections
