Sidvin Outotec Engineering is looking for a Project Engineer who can bring order, ownership, and execution discipline into multidisciplinary engineering projects.
This is a role for someone who can coordinate across functions, track progress closely, drive follow-up, manage interfaces, and help ensure that engineering deliverables move on time and with quality.
You will work at the intersection of engineering teams, project management, project controls, QA/QC, and document control — helping the project stay aligned on scope, priorities, schedule, and stakeholder expectations.
In this role, you will:
- Coordinate engineering execution across disciplines
- Track deliverables, milestones, actions, and dependencies
- Support planning, progress monitoring, and reporting
- Escalate risks and delays before they become bigger issues
- Improve visibility and accountability across the project team
- Support professional coordination with internal and external stakeholders
We are looking for someone with:
- Relevant experience in project engineering or project coordination
- Exposure to industrial / process plant / EPC engineering projects
- Strong communication and coordination capability
- Good understanding of engineering workflows and project execution
- A hands-on attitude and strong sense of ownership
This is not a passive tracking role.
This role is for someone who can keep projects moving.
