Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Project Engineer role based out of Navi Mumbai. The Project Engineer will oversee end-to-end execution of engineering projects, including project planning, scheduling, resource coordination, and monitoring progress against timelines and budgets. The role involves reviewing technical drawings and specifications, collaborating with design, production, and electrical engineering teams, and ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and industry standards. The Project Engineer will manage customer requirements, prepare technical documentation, support installation and commissioning activities, and resolve technical issues during project execution. Daily responsibilities include stakeholder communication, status reporting, and continuous improvement of project processes and outcomes. Candidate is also expected to travel to project site locations within and outside India.
Qualifications
- Candidates should Should Be Able to Study Assembly & Part Drawings.
- Have Some Machine Tool Knowledge.
- Have Hydraulics & Pneumatics Knowledge.
- Should Be Able to Plan the Work in Advance.
- Handle The Project Along with The Team.
- Knowledge On Solid Works, AutoCAD
- Possess strong engineering skills to manage technical aspects of machine tool and heavy engineering projects.
- Candidates should possess project management and project planning skills to handle timelines, resources, risks, and deliverables effectively.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional communication skills to collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and customers.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field; postgraduate qualifications are an advantage.
- Experience in heavy engineering, machine tools, or industrial equipment projects, including installation and commissioning, is preferred.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, use project management tools, and apply quality and safety standards in an industrial environment.
- Strong problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work on-site in a fast-paced manufacturing and project setting.
Preferences:
- He/ She Should Be a Multi – Tasker, Well and Soft Spoken and Have Command Over At Least English, Hindi. Knowledge On Additional Languages Is Welcome.
