We're hiring Project Engineer (Ground Mount Projects).
Department: Project Execution/EPC
Location: As per Project (Travelling Required)
Reporting To: Project Manager/Project Head
Key Responsibilities:-
1. Site Execution & Supervision:
▪️Supervise daily Construction/Installation activities at site.
▪️Ensure work execution as per approved drawings and technical specifications.
▪️Monitor project schedule and report progress regularly.
▪️Coordinate Civil, Electrical and Mechanical activities.
2. Planning & Coordination:
▪️Coordinate with Vendors, contractors and internal teams.
▪️Ensure availability of materials, tools and manpower.
▪️Assist in project planning and execution strategy.
3. Quality Control:
▪️Ensure work quality as per standards and BOQ.
▪️Conduct inspections and maintain quality checklists.
▪️Identify and resolve technical issues at site.
4. Documentation & Reporting:
▪️Maintain daily progress reports (DPR).
▪️Prepare site reports, measurement sheets and work records.
▪️Verify contractor bills and measurements.
5. Safety Compliance:
▪️Ensure safety practices and PPE usage at site.
6. Client & Stakeholder Coordination:
▪️Attend site meetings with clients and consultants.
▪️Provide technical clarification when required.
▪️Support project handover and commissioning activities.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
▪️Diploma /ITI/ B.Tech in Electrical / Civil / Mechanical Engineering
▪️1–3 years of Site Execution Experience(Solar/EPC preferred)
