Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Project Engineer, based in Mumbai with the flexibility for occasional remote work. The Project Engineer will be responsible for overseeing project planning, execution, and management to ensure timely and successful completion. Key responsibilities include coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, developing project schedules, and resolving technical issues related to electrical engineering in solar energy projects. The role involves frequent communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Project Engineering and Project Management principles.
- Proficiency in Project Planning and ability to develop and execute project schedules effectively.
- Knowledge and experience in Electrical Engineering, with emphasis on renewable energy systems.
- Excellent Communication skills for collaborating with teams, clients, and stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, balancing on-site and remote responsibilities.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in the solar energy industry or project management certifications, such as PMP, are a plus.
