Key Responsibilities- Prepare technical offers and documentation for technical evaluations and coordinate with customers to understand their requirements during the evaluation process.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure project requirements and timelines are achieved.
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare instrument specifications and technical data sheets for project execution.
- Review and approve client-submitted documents ensuring compliance with project specifications and standards.
- Develop product specifications and Quality Assurance Plans (QAP) to maintain project quality requirements.
- Monitor project progress and address issues to ensure timely completion.
- Prepare and maintain Gantt charts for project planning and tracking.
- Coordinate with contractors, customers, and the sales team for smooth communication and execution.
- Submit final documentation including VDRL, QAP, ITP, datasheets, and other project-related documents.
- Obtain project completion certificates and ensure all deliverables are finalized.
Skills Requirement- Strong understanding of field instrumentation and control systems.
- Certifications such as ATEX / SIL guidelines will be an added advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good command of technical English communication.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office (especially Microsoft Excel).
- Strong negotiation skills with customers and vendors.
- Strong technical knowledge of Pressure, Temperature, Level, and Flow instruments.
- Positive attitude with the ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
Education Qualification- Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Experience- 2–5 years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing or instrumentation industry.
- Experience with instruments such as pressure transmitters, temperature transmitters, gauges, and control valves will be an advantage.
- Experience in the Oil & Gas industry and export projects is preferred.
