Role Description The Project Engineer at Lalit Interior will oversee interior projects from planning through completion, coordinating design intent with on-site execution in Jabalpur. This full-time, on-site role includes preparing project plans, schedules, and resource allocation, and ensuring technical drawings and specifications are correctly implemented. The Project Engineer will coordinate with designers, site supervisors, contractors, and vendors, monitor progress, and address technical and operational issues to keep projects on time and within budget. Daily responsibilities involve site inspections, quality checks, managing installation of electrical and interior systems, and maintaining clear communication and documentation with stakeholders. The role also involves enforcing safety standards, supporting cost control measures, and contributing to continuous improvement of project delivery processes.
Qualifications
- Strong Project Engineering and Civil and interior knowledge, with the ability to interpret technical drawings and ensure accurate on-site implementation.
- Proficiency in Project Management and Project Planning, including scheduling, resource coordination, and risk management.
- Effective Communication skills for collaborating with clients, designers, contractors, and site teams.
- Experience in interior fit-out or construction projects, preferably in commercial or residential environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Electrical, or related field) or an equivalent technical qualification.
- Ability to work on-site in Jabalpur, manage multiple tasks, and make sound decisions under time constraints.
- Familiarity with project management tools and basic CAD or design software is an advantage.
- Commitment to safety practices, quality standards, and client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
