Role Description The Project Engineer will manage and coordinate prefabricated steel building projects from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to design specifications, safety standards, and project timelines. Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing technical drawings, collaborating with architects and structural engineers, and overseeing on-site construction activities. The role involves monitoring project progress, managing resources, resolving technical issues, and maintaining clear communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams. The Project Engineer will also support quality control, documentation, and compliance with relevant codes and regulations. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Project Engineering and Electrical Engineering skills for designing, reviewing, and implementing technical solutions.
- Candidates should possess solid Project Management and Project Planning skills for scheduling, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and project delivery.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for coordinating with cross-functional teams, vendors, and clients, and for preparing clear reports and documentation.
- Relevant engineering degree (e.g., B.E./B.Tech in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering) or equivalent technical qualification.
- Experience in steel structures, prefabricated buildings, or industrial construction projects is highly beneficial.
- Proficiency in CAD or similar design tools and familiarity with relevant building codes and safety standards.
- Ability to work on-site, manage multiple priorities, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
