This is a full-time on-site role in Bengaluru for a NPI and projects professional. Responsibilities include New Product Introduction (NPI) and internal projects from concept to implementation, including project management, performance tracking. It involves team orientation to work closely with engineering, purchase, suppliers, and operations teams to ensure seamless launches.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or equivalent experience
- 3 plus years' of experience as a project coordinator, project engineer, or project manager
- Strong analytical skills for process optimization and problem-solving
- Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external partners
- Experience in the manufacturing or automotive industry is advantageous
- Strong organizational and time-management capabilities
