Role Description
📍 Green Thermo Power Pvt. Ltd. | Faridabad (HO) + Multi-site Projects
We are looking for a high-ownership Project Engineer to manage execution coordination across multiple industrial project sites, with a strong focus on manpower planning, team building, and seamless site execution.
This is not a support role — you will be the central control point between site, vendors, clients, and management.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Manage execution of fabrication, erection, and commissioning projects across 3–5 active sites
- Build, maintain, and deploy a strong manpower network (fitters, welders – Arc/Argon/MIG/IBR, fabricators, supervisors, etc.)
- Ensure zero manpower disruption and quick mobilization as per site requirements
- Act as the single coordination link between site teams, client representatives, and head office
- Track project progress, identify delays/bottlenecks, and resolve proactively
- Coordinate material, tools, and equipment requirements with sites
- Maintain DPRs and weekly tracking, ensuring clear visibility of execution status
- Support billing through timely measurement and documentation coordination

👤 Candidate Profile
- B.E. / B.Tech (Mechanical)
- 5–10 years experience in industrial projects (boilers, fabrication, erection, commissioning)
- Proven experience in manpower handling, vendor coordination, and site execution
💰 Compensation
₹60,000 – ₹80,000+/month (based on capability)
