About The Role
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Engineer based in Gurugram. The Project Engineer will oversee and manage construction projects, ensuring the delivery of projects within scope, time, and budget. Responsibilities include project planning, coordinating with team members and stakeholders, supervising construction activities, and ensuring adherence to design, specifications, and safety standards. The role requires effective communication skills and technical proficiency to address project challenges and drive successful outcomes.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Project Engineering, Project Management, and Project Planning
- Strong expertise in Electrical Engineering
- Excellent Communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders
- Ability to oversee on-site operations and ensure timely project completion
- Knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and relevant software tools
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- Previous experience in construction project management is preferred
Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise construction activities on-site to ensure project milestones are achieved within the designated timeframe and budget.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and stakeholders to interpret and execute project designs accurately.
- Monitor daily site operations, ensuring compliance with safety standards, quality specifications, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage procurement, logistics, and resource allocation to optimize project efficiency.
- Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including progress reports, schedules, and safety records.
- Identify potential risks and issues early, developing mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project delivery.
- Lead and motivate construction teams, providing guidance and resolving technical or operational challenges.
- Coordinate with clients and vendors to ensure smooth communication and timely resolution of project-related concerns.
- Utilize project management software and tools to track progress, update schedules, and report on project status to senior management.
- Ensure all construction activities adhere to environmental, health, and safety regulations, fostering a safe working environment.
