Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and technically skilled Sales Engineer to drive business growth by promoting Ensmart’s automation and energy management solutions to builders, facility managers, consultants, OEMs, system integrators, and channel partners.
The ideal candidate should have strong technical understanding of BMS/EMS systems along with sales capabilities to generate leads, conduct technical presentations, and close projects.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in:
Commercial buildings
Hospitals
Hotels
Industrial facilities
Data centers
Smart buildings
Promote Ensmart’s:
SmartNova Supervisor
SmartNova DDC Controllers
Tenant Billing Systems
Energy Management Solutions
BMS Rental/ROO Model
Build relationships with consultants, builders, MEP contractors, facility managers, and OEMs
Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, and client meetings
Prepare techno-commercial proposals, quotations, and tender submissions
Coordinate with technical teams for project feasibility and solution design
Track sales pipeline, leads, and revenue targets
Support channel partner and distributor development
Attend exhibitions, seminars, and business networking events
Required Skills
Knowledge of:
Building Management Systems (BMS)
HVAC controls
Energy monitoring systems
BACnet / Modbus / MQTT protocols
Industrial automation
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to explain technical products to non-technical clients
Proposal preparation and negotiation skills
CRM and lead management capabilities
Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in:
Electrical Engineering
Electronics Engineering
Instrumentation
Mechanical (HVAC preferred)
Automation Engineering
Experience:
2–5 years in BMS / HVAC / Industrial Automation sales preferred
Freshers with strong technical and communication skills may also apply
Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience in automation product sales
Existing network with builders, consultants, or facility managers
Understanding of smart building technologies
Self-motivated, target-driven, and entrepreneurial mindset
