The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting the project manager and project team with project documentation and control, job cost accounting, scheduling, and construction supervision efforts. In order to be successful, this candidate should feel comfortable taking on many tasks that require various skills, and appropriately prioritizing those tasks' completion.
Responsibilities
What You Will Do
· Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, objectives, and timelines as per the customer requirements.
· Team Leadership: Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, including design, manufacturing integration, quality assurance, and procurement, to achieve project goals.
· Communication: Maintain regular communication with stakeholders at all levels to provide project updates, address concerns, and ensure alignment with project objectives.
· Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions to project timelines and deliverables.
· Resource Management: Review resources efficiently and effectively to ensure project milestones are met as per planned allocations.
· Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, risk management, lessons learnt and change orders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or equivalent experience
- 5 years of experience as a project coordinator, project engineer, or project manager
- Strong experience in AutoCad and Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices and performance standards
