Role Description
The Project Engineer plays a key role in facilitating communication and alignment between the marketing and production teams to ensure smooth execution of projects. This role involves tracking deliverables, managing timelines, and ensuring that marketing requirements are accurately translated into production outputs. The coordinator acts as a central point of contact, helping teams stay organized, informed, and focused on shared goals.
Location : Pune, India
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a liaison between marketing and production teams to ensure project goals, timelines, and deliverables are clearly understood and met.
- Facilitate regular meetings, status updates, and follow-ups to maintain momentum and resolve bottlenecks.
- Ensure production teams have the necessary inputs, specifications, and deadlines.
- Track project schedules, monitor progress, and flag delays or risks to relevant stakeholders.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation including briefs, status reports, meeting notes, and feedback logs.
- Foster a collaborative environment by encouraging open communication and mutual understanding between departments.
Qualifications
- Graduate or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- 0–1 years of experience in project coordination, marketing operations, or production support.
- Ability to interpret briefs, timelines, and technical requirements.
