Project Engineer responsible for supporting planning, coordination, and execution of engineering projects from initiation through completion. Role focuses on managing technical activities, monitoring project progress, and ensuring delivery of engineering solutions within defined timelines and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate engineering activities and support execution of assigned projects
- Prepare project plans, technical documentation, and progress reports
- Monitor project schedules, milestones, and deliverables
- Collaborate with engineering teams, vendors, and stakeholders during project implementation
- Ensure engineering work aligns with project specifications and quality standards
- Support technical problem-solving during project development and execution
- Track project performance and identify potential risks or delays
- Assist in reviewing engineering designs, drawings, and technical documentation
- Maintain project records, reports, and technical documentation
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical discipline
- 2–5 years of experience supporting engineering or technical projects
- Strong understanding of engineering processes and project coordination
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and project documentation
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with project management tools and reporting systems
- Familiarity with engineering design software or technical documentation tools
- Understanding of project planning and risk management practices
