We are hiring a Project Engineer for an insulation contracting company to manage on-site execution and project coordination across multiple locations.
Qualification:
Diploma in Mechanical (preferred)
Experience:
3–4 years in service, fabrication, insulation, or industrial contracting industry
Role Overview:
This role involves extensive site execution, coordination, and travel. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth delivery of insulation projects from planning to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end execution of insulation projects at various sites
• Regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance
• Coordinate with site teams, contractors, and vendors for timely execution
• Work closely with fabrication and procurement teams for material planning and availability
• Track project timelines, milestones, and resolve on-site challenges
• Ensure proper installation as per drawings and specifications
• Handle client communication, site reporting, and progress updates
• Monitor material usage, wastage, and site-level cost control
• Maintain documentation including daily reports, measurements, and project records
Additional Requirements:
• Willingness to travel frequently for site visits and project monitoring
• Strong problem-solving and coordination skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced, execution-driven environments
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month
