Role Overview


We are seeking an experienced Project Engineer to manage and coordinate government construction projects. The role involves working closely with architects, contractors, and government authorities to ensure smooth execution, compliance, and timely delivery of projects.


Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and consultants for project planning and execution

• Liaise with government authorities for approvals, permits, and regulatory compliance

• Oversee on-site project activities and ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards

• Ensure compliance with government norms, safety standards, and construction regulations

• Manage project documentation, reports, and approvals

• Track project progress and resolve any coordination or operational issues

• Conduct regular site visits and stakeholder meetings

• Assist in procurement, vendor coordination, and material planning

• Maintain clear communication between all stakeholders


Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction/project engineering, preferably with government projects

• Strong knowledge of construction processes, site execution, and compliance

• Experience working with architects, contractors, and government bodies

• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

• Proficiency in MS Office and basic project management tools


Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field

• Experience in LGSF or modular construction is an advantage
