Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Gurugram for a Project Engineer – AV & IT Systems. The Project Engineer will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing audiovisual and IT system projects. Responsibilities include designing system layouts, supervising the installation of AV & IT equipment, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring project timelines and deliverables are met. Additionally, the Project Engineer will oversee electrical and technical components, resolve project challenges, and maintain open communication with stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Project Management, including planning, resource allocation, and task coordination.
- Technical expertise in Project Engineering and the ability to troubleshoot and solve technical challenges.
- Experience in Project Planning, with a focus on scheduling, risk assessment, and project execution.
- Solid knowledge of Electrical Engineering and AV & IT systems, including installation and integration.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on detail and quality.
- Experience in audiovisual or multimedia technology projects is a plus.
Read, interpret, and prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities) for AV & IT project
- Coordinate end-to-end project execution — timelines, vendors, site supervision
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal teams for seamless delivery
- Ensure installations meet design intent, quality standards, and deadlines
