Designation - Project Director – Real Estate (Residential Projects | End-to-End Ownership)
Location: Bibwewadi, Pune (Projects across Karjat, Alibaug, Dapoli & other locations)
About the Role
We are looking for a highly experienced Project Director to take complete ownership of residential real estate project execution and delivery.
This is a business-critical leadership role, responsible for driving end-to-end project lifecycle, profitability, timelines, quality, and compliance while leading cross-functional teams across multiple projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project execution from planning to final handover
- Ensure delivery within timelines, budget, quality standards, and statutory compliance
- Act as single point of accountability for project outcomes
- Drive project planning, execution strategy, and milestone tracking
- Lead cross-functional teams: Engineering, Architecture, Liaisoning, Legal, Finance & Procurement
- Manage project budgets, cost control, and profitability targets
- Oversee vendor negotiations, contracts, and procurement strategy
- Ensure RERA compliance, approvals, and regulatory adherence
- Drive risk identification and mitigation strategies
- Provide management reporting, insights, and decision support

- On-time project completion
- Controlled cost variance
- Achievement of profitability targets
- Zero major compliance/legal issues
- High-quality execution and customer-ready delivery
Experience Required
- 15–25 years in Real Estate / Construction
- Proven experience in end-to-end residential project delivery
- Experience in villa / plotted / township / second home projects – Preferred.
- Experience handling multiple projects / locations preferred
- Strong exposure to project P&L, cost management, and execution leadership
