Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Development Manager, located at our Chakan facility. The primary responsibilities include overseeing project planning and execution, managing project timelines, coordinating procurement and logistics for timely delivery, conducting inspections to ensure quality standards, and expediting processes to meet deadlines. The Project Development Manager will also liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless progression of projects from start to finish.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Expeditor and Expediting practices for ensuring timely project completion
- Proficiency in Project Management, including planning, coordination, and execution skills
- Experience in Inspection to ensure product and operational quality
- Strong knowledge in Logistics Management for efficient supply chain operations
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes and automotive industry standards is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field is preferred
