Role Description The Project Develop Intern is a full-time, remote role focused on supporting the development and execution of innovative product and process improvement projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with project planning, documenting requirements, conducting market and technical research, and coordinating with cross-functional team members to track progress. The intern will help create project reports, presentations, and basic documentation, while contributing ideas for design improvements and process optimization. Additional tasks may include collecting and organizing user feedback, preparing simple prototypes or concept documents, and supporting testing or validation activities under guidance. This role offers hands-on experience in project development within a technology-driven, innovation-oriented environment.
Qualifications
- Foundational skills in project coordination and documentation, including task tracking, requirement gathering, and basic reporting.
- Ability to conduct structured research on markets, users, and technologies, and summarize findings in clear, concise formats.
- Basic understanding of product development or engineering concepts, with interest in hardware, food processing, or assistive technology solutions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas and updates clearly to team members.
- Proficiency with common productivity tools (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software) and online collaboration platforms.
- Demonstrated problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
