🚀 We’re Hiring: Project Design Head | SK Design Studio
At SK Design Studio, we don’t just design spaces — we create experiences. With 140+ successful projects across residential and commercial interiors, we are known for delivering innovative, personalized, and high-quality design solutions.
Now, we’re looking for a visionary leader to join us as our Project Design Head and take our projects to the next level.
✨ What makes this role exciting?
This is not just a design role — it’s a leadership position where you’ll drive projects end-to-end, from client conversations and design conceptualization to execution and handover. You’ll work closely with the founders and play a key role in shaping client experiences and project success.
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
• Lead sales discussions and convert opportunities into projects
• Drive concept design, layouts, mood boards & material selection
• Oversee end-to-end project execution (design to delivery)
• Manage multiple projects, timelines, budgets & resources
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers & internal teams
• Ensure high-quality finishing and successful project handover
• Mentor and guide junior designers & team members
🎯 Who we’re looking for:
• 12+ years of experience (8+ years in leading interior design projects independently)
• Strong expertise in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and design tools
• Proven ability to handle sales + design + execution
• Excellent leadership, communication & project management skills
• A professional who thrives in a fast-paced, ownership-driven environment
💰 Salary: ₹80,000 per month (depending on interview and candidate portfolio)
📍 Job Location: Office at Dosti Imperia, Manpada, Thane
🕒 Work Requirement: Candidate must be available to work from office daily
📌 Location Preference: Candidates residing within 5 km of Thane will be preferred
