About the Role

We are seeking a high-impact Project Delivery Manager / ODC Manager to drive end-to-end delivery for our India-based teams supporting one of our key banking client.

This role is responsible for ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery, while building a strong culture of accountability, discipline, and ownership within the team

Responsibilities

Delivery Management

  • Own end-to-end delivery across projects/accounts
  • Ensure timely, high-quality delivery aligned with client expectations
  • Track progress, manage risks, and resolve bottlenecks
  • Drive project governance (status reporting, reviews, metrics)

Team Accountability & Discipline

  • Drive a culture of ownership, punctuality, and accountability
  • Ensure adherence to:
  • Work schedules / office presence
  • Timesheet compliance
  • Delivery commitments
  • Address performance issues and implement corrective actions

Client Relationship Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships
  • Manage expectations, escalations, and feedback
  • Ensure high client satisfaction

Operational Excellence

  • Improve delivery processes and efficiency
  • Drive resource planning and utilisation
  • Collaborate with leadership on performance and capability building

Qualifications

  • 10–18 years of experience in IT services / project delivery / ODC management in banking environment
  • Proven experience managing offshore delivery centres (ODC)
  • Experience in banking industry is mandatory
  • Demonstrated ability to drive team accountability and performance
  • Experience managing large teams
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability
