Role Summary:
Provide strategic and operational leadership for a large portfolio of projects, ensuring safe, on-time, and profitable delivery. Drive governance, digital enablement, and delivery excellence while partnering with senior stakeholders and global teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project portfolio delivery with accountability for schedule, cost, quality, and safety
- Oversee governance, risk management, and resolve complex delivery/commercial issues
- Own financial performance including revenue, margins, forecasting, and cash flow
- Build strong client relationships and support business development and bids
- Drive operational excellence, standardization, and continuous improvement
- Lead digital transformation initiatives and data-driven decision making
- Mentor senior delivery leaders and build high-performing teams
- Ensure compliance with HSE, quality, and governance standards
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in Engineering (Master’s preferred)
- 25+ years of experience in EPC/EPCM project delivery
- Proven track record managing large, complex project portfolios
- Strong commercial, financial, and risk management expertise
- Experience leading global and cross-functional teams
- PMP/PRINCE2 (preferred)
