Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Project Coordinator. The selected candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing projects from initiation to completion. Responsibilities include setting project timelines, collaborating with team members, organizing resources, managing project budgets, and maintaining communication with clients and stakeholders. The role is based in Madurai, with the flexibility for some remote work arrangements.
Qualifications
- Project Coordination, Time Management, and Organizational skills
- Proficiency in Communication, Team Collaboration, and Client Liaison
- Knowledge of Electrical Contracting and Basic Technical Understanding
- Experience in Budget Management and Resource Allocation
- Proficiency in using Project Management Tools and Software
- Problem-Solving and Analytical Thinking skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
