We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to lead telecom infrastructure projects related to Tower Maintenance, Tower Health Check (THC), and Tower Load Validation Activity (TLVA). The candidate will be responsible for project execution, client coordination, team management, quality control, safety compliance, and timely delivery of project milestones.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Manage end-to-end execution of Tower Maintenance, THC, and TLVA projects.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and field teams for smooth project delivery.
- Monitor project timelines, resource allocation, and quality standards.
- Review and submit project reports, audits, and deliverables.
- Ensure compliance with telecom safety and customer requirements.
- Track project progress, resolve escalations, and achieve SLA commitments.
- Manage project budgets, billing, and MIS reporting.
Required Skills:-
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Telecom, Mechanical, Civil, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in telecom infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of tower maintenance, THC, and TLVA activities.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and client management skills.
- Willingness to travel and manage field operations.
