Role Description
As a Project Coordinator – EPC Projects & PMC Activities, you will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day project activities, tracking project progress, managing documentation, supporting site execution teams, and ensuring smooth communication between clients, vendors, engineering, procurement, and project teams. The role involves monitoring schedules, MIS reporting, billing follow-ups, material tracking, project planning support, and coordination for timely execution of renewable energy projects.
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune City.
Experience Required
- Total Experience: 4–8 Years
- Renewable Energy / EPC Industry Experience Preferred

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate EPC and PMC project activities from planning to execution
- Monitor project schedules, deliverables, and site progress
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, execution, and client teams
- Prepare MIS reports, progress trackers, MOMs, and project documentation
- Support billing, material tracking, logistics, and vendor coordination
- Ensure timely communication and issue resolution across departments
- Maintain project records, approvals, and compliance documentation
Qualification
- B.E./B.Tech / Diploma – Electrical / Mechanical / Civil Engineering
