Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Project Coordinator role located in the Greater Bengaluru Area, focusing on Sales Operations and Below-The-Line (BTL) campaigns. The responsibilities include coordinating and executing sales operations processes, managing BTL campaigns, analyzing campaign performance, and ensuring alignment with overall sales strategies. The Project Coordinator will act as a liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring timely and efficient project delivery and operational excellence.
Job Description:
● Liaise across cross-functional teams (permissions, execution, MIS) to manage monetization campaigns end-to-end—from intake to POD closure
● Assign campaign leads to field teams and track approvals within defined SLAs
● Prioritize high-impact and time-sensitive activities to ensure timely campaign delivery
● Monitor campaign progress, identify bottlenecks, and proactively resolve issues
● Escalate critical challenges to ensure high compliance and minimal detractors
● Provide regular updates to internal stakeholders through dashboards and KPI reports
● Track and analyze key metrics such as permission rates, turnaround time (TAT), and occupancy Skills & Requirements
● Bachelor’s degree required
● 2+ years of experience in project coordination, sales operations, BTL campaigns, or real estate operations
● Experience managing cross-team workflows in fast-paced environments
● Proficiency in Google Sheets and Google Workspace for tracking and reporting
● Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle high-volume campaigns
● Excellent communication skills for stakeholder alignment
● Data-driven mindset with the ability to monitor and interpret KPIs (e.g., median TAT, approval rates)
