The Project Coordinator provides consistent, high-quality operational and governance support to project delivery teams. The role ensures compliance with company standards and adoption of the project methodology while supporting Implementation, program, and project managers across multiple domains. The Project Coordinator plays a key role in monitoring project health, maintaining reporting accuracy, managing governance documentation, and ensuring smooth coordination across teams.
Requirements
- Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience as Project Coordinator, PMO Analyst, or similar role.
- Experience in business administration, finance, quality control, or project governance.
- Strong english communication skills; Spanish or other languages preferred.
- Experience in global or multi-cultural work environments.
- Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, SmartSheet, SharePoint, or similar tools.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of SAP systems and processes.
- Experience in IT delivery environments.
- Exposure to program governance and portfolio management.

Responsibilities
Project & Program Support
- Support Implementation, Program, and Project Managers across domains.
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and tracking multiple concurrent projects.
- Facilitate collaboration across engineering, operations, and business teams.
- Maintain project schedules, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Manage action items from governance meetings and stakeholder reviews.
Tools & Systems Management
- Set up and maintain project tools and access control (SmartSheet, SharePoint, OneDrive, Box, MS Project).
- Ensure project systems are updated with financials, planning, and resource data.
- Maintain dashboards and reporting artifacts.
Monitoring & Reporting
- Track project status and follow up on outstanding tasks.
- Ensure reporting deadlines are met.
- Maintain risks, issues, decisions, and action logs.
- Track change requests and related documentation.
- Provide accurate program performance metrics and reporting.
Governance & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to company standards and project methodology.
- Maintain governance artifacts such as charters, compliance checklists, and decision logs.
- Escalate issues through appropriate channels.
- Support continuous improvement through best-practice sharing.
Resource & Financial Coordination
- Maintain resource forecasts in liaison with Resourcing and Finance teams.
- Track project financials and capacity planning.
Accountabilities
