Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Project Coordinator specializing in mystery shopping. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for managing and overseeing mystery shopping projects, coordinating with mystery shoppers to ensure proper execution, tracking project timelines, and ensuring deliverables meet quality standards. Additional tasks include compiling and analyzing reports, managing communication with clients, addressing inquiries, and delivering actionable insights to improve customer experiences.
Qualifications
- Strong project management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client relationship management abilities.
- Analytical skills to review and synthesize mystery shopping data into actionable insights.
- Proficiency in using project management tools and software platforms.
- Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.
- Experience in hospitality, retail, or customer experience fields is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and remotely, while maintaining strong team collaboration.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
