Overview
We are looking for a Project Delivery Coordinator to manage client coordination, project tracking, and data management across multiple consulting projects.
This role is focused on execution, follow-ups, and ensuring smooth delivery — not strategy or technical work.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Act as the point of contact for day-to-day client communication
- Schedule meetings and manage follow-ups with clients
- Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Coordinate with the internal team for task completion
- Collect and organise data from clients in structured formats
- Maintain trackers, reports, and documentation
- Ensure timely completion of tasks across projects
- Identify delays and escalate issues proactively
- Follow and execute defined SOPs and processes
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in coordination/operations/client handling roles
- Strong communication skills (spoken & written)
- Highly organised and detail-oriented
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets, Docs, and Excel
- Proactive and ownership-driven mindset
