Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site internship role located in Gurugram for a Project Coordinator Intern. The role includes coordinating with various teams to manage projects effectively, ensuring timely delivery of tasks, maintaining project documentation, and overseeing communication between departments and clients. The intern will also assist in planning project timelines, tracking milestones, and helping optimize workflows to enhance productivity and ensure quality outputs.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to coordinate and oversee project timelines
- Proficiency in communication to collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients
- Basic understanding of project management tools and techniques
- Adaptability, problem-solving, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying areas for improvement
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with collaboration tools like Trello or Slack is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
