About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support planning, coordination, and execution of interior design and fit-out projects. You will coordinate between clients, designers, vendors, contractors, and site teams to ensure timely, on-budget, and quality delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
· Coordinate day-to-day activities of interior fit-out and design projects
· Assist in project planning, scheduling, and execution
· Follow up with vendors, suppliers, contractors, and site supervisors
· Track project timelines, material deliveries, and installation schedules
· Prepare project documentation, BOQs, progress reports, MOMs, and status updates
· Coordinate with design and execution teams for drawings and approvals
· Monitor site progress and escalate delays/issues to Project Manager
· Ensure quality standards and safety guidelines are maintained
· Support procurement and billing coordination
· Maintain records of project communications, approvals, and revisions
· Attend client meetings and provide coordination support
· Ensure smooth handover and project closure documentation
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field
· 4–5 years of experience in interior project coordination or fit-out execution
· Knowledge of interior materials, site execution, and vendor coordination
· Good understanding of project management processes and timelines
· Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project tracking tools
· Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
· Ability to multitask and work under deadlines
Preferred (Nice to Have)
· Experience in residential, commercial, or retail interior projects
· Familiarity with BOQ preparation and procurement coordination
· Basic understanding of budgeting and billing processes
· Site handling and client coordination experience
