Role Overview
We are looking for a Project Coordinator who will manage the on-ground execution of data collection projects.
This role involves coordinating with field workers, managing data collection workflows, ensuring quality standards, and maintaining daily progress tracking.
You will work closely with the delivery and operations team to ensure smooth execution of projects.
Key Responsibilities
Project Execution
- Coordinate end-to-end data collection activities (video, image, sensor data, etc.)
- Manage daily task allocation for field workers or data collectors
- Ensure adherence to collection guidelines and protocols
Field Coordination
- Onboard and manage data collectors / workers
- Provide clear instructions and training for data capture tasks
- Handle queries and resolve on-ground execution issues
Quality Control
- Perform initial quality checks on collected data
- Ensure datasets meet defined standards and formats
- Flag inconsistencies and coordinate re-collection if required
Progress Tracking
- Maintain daily trackers for data collection progress
- Ensure targets and timelines are met
- Report status updates to internal stakeholders
Process Compliance
- Ensure proper use of tools, apps, and devices for data collection
- Maintain documentation of workflows and guidelines
Required Skills
- 0–2 years of experience in operations, coordination, or field projects
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple workers and tasks simultaneously
- Attention to detail and quality orientation
- Comfortable working with mobile apps, data collection tools, and spreadsheets
- Good communication skills (Hindi + basic English preferred)
Preferred Skills
- Experience in data collection projects (survey, video collection, annotation, etc.)
- Familiarity with AI datasets or data annotation workflows
- Experience managing field teams or gig workers
