Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Coordinator specializing in Telecom and Civil operations, located in Indore. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing telecom and civil infrastructure projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with team members, contractors, and stakeholders, monitoring project progress, managing project documentation, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and troubleshooting issues to maintain workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and execution of telecom and civil projects
- Knowledge of telecom tower construction, maintenance, and site management
- Familiarity with civil and electrical works, including industry safety and compliance standards
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in project management tools and software
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field
- Prior experience in telecom or civil project coordination is preferred
