Role Description This full-time, on-site Project Coordinator role is based in Indore and is suited for candidates with a B.Tech in Civil Engineering. The Project Coordinator will assist in planning, organizing, and monitoring telecom infrastructure and civil works projects, including tower construction and maintenance activities. Responsibilities include coordinating with field teams, contractors, and vendors, tracking project progress against timelines, and maintaining accurate documentation and reports. The role involves site visits, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards, and supporting the resolution of operational issues. The Project Coordinator will also help in resource allocation, material management, and communication with internal stakeholders to ensure projects are completed efficiently and within budget.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in civil engineering principles, preferably with a B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
- Knowledge of construction practices, site supervision, and basic understanding of telecom tower and passive infrastructure projects.
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects, manage schedules, and maintain detailed project documentation and reports.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic project tracking tools.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with site teams, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and commitment to safety, quality standards, and regulatory compliance.
- Willingness to work on-site in Indore and conduct regular field visits as required.
- Prior internship or work experience in civil construction or telecom infrastructure is an advantage.
- Salary range: INR 20,000–25,000 per month, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
